Let me tell you about Magenta and Rocky, my bird watching cats. I’ll share some tips for bird watching, too.
Let’s Watch Some Birds
You have probably already met my cats, Magenta and Rocky, and read about their hobby (if you haven’t already, read it here, and try it on your cat, too). Here are some videos of my bird watching cats!
My Bird Watching Cats
Magenta The Bird Watching Cat
Here’s a video of Magenta watching her archenemy, the pigeon. She’ll only chatter when there are other birds around, not for the pigeon only. Pigeons are too large and scary for her taste, and she would always vent off some aggression by scratching the poor window when she sees them.
Does Rocky Love Birds?
And here’s a video of Rocky, my birman cat. Like his older sister, Rocky dislikes pigeons, but loves smaller birds, like goldfinches, great and blue tits, and robins. Unlike his sister, however, he still does not chatter at the birds. I’m waiting for this moment to come.
Sometimes, though, no bird comes to the window and my cats are very disappointed (me too). Especially Magenta, who may have already met some birds personally (who knows).
